Now that I am back home and sort of mostly caught up with my life, a meme.
Give me a show/movie/fandom and I'll tell you:
my favourite female character
my favourite male character
my favourite book/season/etc
my favourite episode (if it's a tv show)
my favourite cast member
my favourite relationship
a character I'd die defending
a character I just can't sympathize with
a character I grew to love
my anti otp

Date: 2013-06-07 03:06 pm (UTC)my favourite male character: Oh, like I need to answer this *g*. Charles. Forever.
my favourite episode (if it's a tv show): First Class. For all its imperfections, it's the one that makes me feel like it was made for me.
my favourite cast member: Well, it has to be Patrick Stewart. Not that Ian McKellen is any less awesome.
my favourite relationship: Charles/Erik. (I am so predictable!)
a character I'd die defending: ... if by 'die' we mean 'spend many, many hours having stupid internet arguments over' then this is obviously Charles again. *has flashbacks to the Magneto Mailing List*
a character I just can't sympathize with: Shaw. Robert Kelly and even Stryker had their moments of humanity, but Shaw never shows any redeeming features on screen.
a character I grew to love: Mystique. I didn't particularly like what they did with her in X1, but in X2 and (especially) in First Class she gets a lot more development and I became attached.
my anti otp: I don't think I have one. I have read a lot in this fandom, and have concluded that a good writer can convince me of just about anything.
